Identity Theft

The client

Option Consommateurs is a non-profit consumer organization dedicated to promoting and defending the interests of Canadian consumers. 

The ask

Show how easily someone can put themselves or their child at risk for identity theft, especially when they post a lot of personal information on social media.

The answer

With colourful animation and friendly-looking characters, we tell the story of a young girl whose life is constantly posted on social media by her mother. We then juxtapose her happy, colourful existence with the potential consequences when too much is shared on social. This acts as a warning about identity theft but is delivered in an easily digestible way to make sure the message is loud, clear, and colourful.
