Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA) for Mongo's InDesign-QuickBooks Integration

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the InDesign-QuickBooks Integration developed by Mongo ("The Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this software.

2. License Grant

Mongo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use The Software solely for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit The Software.

- Access or use The Software for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.

4. Data Access and Privacy

The Software is designed to facilitate the integration between Adobe InDesign and QuickBooks. By using The Software, you grant it permission to access data required for this purpose from both platforms. Any data accessed or processed by The Software will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

5. Termination

Mongo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use The Software at any time, with or without cause or notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mongo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, or data, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if Mongo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Mongo's total liability for damages shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for The Software.

7. Changes to Terms

Mongo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of The Software will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms.

8. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
